On the screen work stage , we will constantly offer our maintenance service.

（2）Free maintenance service

Warranty & Service:2 years quality guarantee. We will provide free parts for replacement if any problem is due to the LED sign or parts quality under normal use in this period, but the freight paid by customer.

（3）Hotline connection and quickly response

We will try our best to shorten the screen malfunction time. we will finish the repairation of broken spare parts in one week.

（4）Spare parts supply

We will always to prepare enough spare parts for the screens in order to insure the most effective maintenance .

（5）Regular overhaul service

Apart from being responsible to the screen malfunction advice, we will offer the regular overhaul service, our engineers would do the screen inspection regularly to insure the screen work well.

Since 2009, We have bought the brightness point by point adjustment equipment to make the brightness adjustment of every LED light in the screen to insure the screen brightness consistency. During the warranty period, we wil offer the complete free brightness adjustment service.
